Graduate Finance Administrator

Key responsibilities:
Manage and process all aspects of administration on the BestSIPP Proposition
Manage client's cash flow with Key SIPP providers to ensure withdrawals and investments are processed accurately in a timely manner
Managing the SIPP and Provider Administration mailboxes daily and responding to queries within the agreed SLA.
Checking of SIPP provider forms.
Valuation and statement requests as and when required
Liaising with Evelyn colleagues with regards to queries / requests.
Control User access for the main 3rd Party providers used by the group
Maintain third party provider valuation feeds into the CRM system
Maintain & control the Master Agency Code register
Process agency transfers for clients resulting from acquisitions and legal entity mergers
Support set up of adviser charge arrangements.
Update the CRM system to maintain a clear audit trail
Proactively develop and maintain effective relationships with providers and operational colleagues while adhering to regulatory standards.
Maintain core systems ensuring that all tasks are carried out and completed in line with company policy and procedures
Maintain client records in accordance with internal Compliance requirements
Provide recommendations / improvement ideas to increase operational efficiencies with the team
Prioritise workload to ensure all activities are timely compliant and conducted in a manner that will meet the agreed performance standards and deliver outstanding service
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience Operational experience within the financial services industry.
Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems.
Organisation and prioritisation skills being able to work independently and within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
Professional telephone manner.
Pensions experience preferable
Experience with 3rd Party providers portals and functionality preferable
Professional Qualifications and Education:
For Excellent standard of education with a desire to further development and to undertake relevant examinations.
Minimum of Certificate in Financial Administration (CF1) or equivalent.
