Location: Field sales working from a home location

Recently the business has gone through some significant changes with regards to the Brand and Product alignment and is experiencing significant growth opportunities. Its people are at the centre of the future success of the business and the sales function is seen as a pivotal department to help spearhead the growth ambitions in the UK and International safety market.
The Role
Reporting into the UK Sales Director, this is a brand new position for the company as they look to satisfy the companies training and educational safety promise to large end-users of the business within the construction and affiliated market sectors. The position will utilise modern consultative selling techniques delivering technical PPE support and advice and thus shall position you as a trusted safety advisor with key decision makers. The role shall also involve interaction with PPE wearers and include the delivery of ‘toolbox’ talks and educational activities at site level.
The process of the role shall put you in an excellent position to understand end-user requirements and present the appropriate PPE solutions to ensure ongoing profitable sales, but also support future product development.
The Person
The position would ideally suit an individual who has progressed through a graduate / management training scheme and who may have been immersed within either a sales, marketing or training function and looking to take the next step forward with their sales career. It would be advantageous if you have experience selling and promoting high value products and we see synergies in other sectors, for example retail.
The priority is finding the salesperson who has the desire and motivation for sales and on-going personal development. In addition this person will need strong commercial acumen enabling them to analyse, stay on track and achieve set and agreed business goals.
