Brewster Partners are working exclusively with a South Yorkshire based Engineering company who are looking for a Graduate Engineer with good knowledge of 3D CAD software to manage a small team.
The role will be office based and we're looking for someone with a good knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication, mechanical engineering and CAD drawing who will be able to look at a manufacturing process and come up with new and better ways of working.
You'll either have some experience of supervising a team or be comfortable in taking the step up.
You will be overseeing a small manufacturing business unit, ideally streamlining how it operates and have a strong knowledge of design.
