Responsibilities:
Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to assist in English lessons, promoting a deeper understanding of literature, language, and communication skills.
One-on-One Assistance: Provide personalised support to students who may require additional help in reading, writing, and language comprehension.
Resource Development: Assist in creating and adapting teaching materials, fostering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
Behaviour Management: Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging appropriate behaviour and adherence to school rules.
Assessment and Feedback: Participate in the assessment of student performance and offer constructive feedback to teachers to identify areas where additional support is needed.Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
A genuine passion for English language and literature.
Excellent communication skills and a strong command of written and spoken English.
