I'm working with a well-established organisation based in the city of London, looking for a Graduate Employee Engagement Coordinator who is seeking the opportunity to develop and grow their career.
As a Graduate Employee Engagement Coordinator, you will work closely with senior team members to provide professional development and pastoral support to employees who are based on client sites across the country.
You act as the first point of contact for all employees, building strong relationships and guiding them in their career journey. This will consist of in person and online meetings where you get the opportunity to really get to know them and understand their needs.
The ideal candidate must be driven, innovative, collaborative, and ambitious. The model Graduate Employee Engagement Coordinator will display clear communication skills, be able to provide professional pastoral care, have good organisational skills and exude great commercial awareness.

Ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines
Experience working in customer facing environments
Drive to provide HR support, advice and guidance
Resilience ability to multitask and deal with numerous challenges in a short time frame
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary- £25,000 p.a
