A well-established company working in detection technology are looking for a Graduate Electronics & Software Engineer to join their R&D team based near Horsham, West Sussex. They both design and manufacture on site and you will be involved in the development of new scientific instrumentation products that will be used by a range of industries including Medical, Defence and Nuclear.
Key responsibilities of the Graduate Electronics & Software Engineer job:
* Experience of embedded C / C++ development
* Electronic hardware development (analogue and digital)
* Testing of prototype hardware and firmware
* Liaising with key team members to reach project milestones
Key skills / experience required for the Graduate Electronics & Software Engineer job:
* Embedded C / C++ programming experience
* Knowledge of analogue and digital electronic design
* An academic background in Physics or Mechatronics would be beneficial but not essential
* A driving licence and own transport is essential for this position
