Job Title: Graduate Education Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £23,000 Basic, £50,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, understanding their staffing needs.
Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
Identify and attract qualified candidates for teaching and education-related roles.
Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidates' suitability for specific positions.
Facilitate the placement of candidates into suitable roles within educational settings.Sales and Business Development:
Proactively seek new business opportunities and foster growth within existing client accounts.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.Market Research and Trends:
Stay abreast of developments in the education sector and recruitment industry.
Analyse market trends to provide insights that contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.Administrative Tasks:
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Initiative, creativity, and adaptability.
Previous experience in recruitment or education-related roles is a plus.What We Offer:
