A renowned financial services provider is keen to secure the talents of an experienced Graduate / Early Careers recruitment professional, who will own the end to end process of sourcing, vetting and assessing the company's intern & graduate intake annually.

JOB PURPOSE

The post-holder will act as the subject matter expert in candidate sourcing & assessment for the London intern / graduate population (approx. 2000 applicants annually).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assist with the on-going transformation of the Recruitment function, from an administrative to a proactive, specialist division

* Own the process for the company's graduate intake, including across Finance and I.T specialisms – therefore exposure to recruiting entry level talent in one or both of these areas is a MUST for this role

* On-going accountability for the company's intern intake, which is all year round, including applicants undertaking summer placements / placement years

* Attending relevant industry events i.e. university careers fairs etc.

* Undertaking a high volume of screening calls with applicants daily, vetting and assessing appropriately to create face to face shortlists

* Undertaking face to face interviews with suitable applicants

* Compiling relevant data, providing insights into recruitment statistics i.e. D&I data etc.

* Utilising the company's HR system and ATS on a daily basis

IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND

* Early Careers / Graduate Recruitment expertise is an essential

* Ideally sector experience within Financial Services and/or Technology

* Ideally exposure to working for a SME sized business or department i.e. (Apply online only) headcount (the graduate intake is c. 20 per year in London)

* Operational excellence in connection to screening & interviewing entry level applicants
