My Client, a market leading, multidisciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, which specialises in Flood Risk, Drainage and Civil Engineering, is searching for a Graduate Drainage Engineer to join their Flood Risk and Drainage Team based in Sheffield.
This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a friendly team of Engineers to complete Flood Risk, Environmental, Drainage and Infrastructure Projects for Residential and Commercial Development Projects for Housing Developers, Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients.
As a Graduate Drainage Engineer you will be required to complete technical work including;
-Flood Risk Assessments for flood zone 1,2 and 3.
-Flood Risk Mapping using ArcGIS.
-Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications.
-Detailed SuDS design and access road design using Microdrainage and AutoCAD.
-Varied design works for Residential Schemes using AutoCAD.
-Hydraulic Modelling using flood modeller.

It is essential that applicants have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering, Environmental Management, Geoscience, Hydrology or Environmental Engineering and experience working for a Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk or Drainage Projects.
It is essential for applicants to reside locally and have a keen interest in Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage and Civil Design.
You will be expected to work from the office in Sheffield.
