An exciting opportunity has arisen for a budding development surveying professional to work alongside an experienced team with a well established corporate client and their estate as an Estates Surveyor.

You will have the opportunity to deliver high quality service within estates management and property consulting and get exposure to all disciplines of commercial real estate, most importantly development, regeneration and appraisal


* A salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits as an Estates Surveyor.

* Work alongside some highly experienced professionals who will help build your knowledge

* Proactive management of a clients real estate portfolio

* Co-ordinating the efforts of your colleagues to deliver appropriate development and regeneration goals

* Strategy and execution of transactions eg Acquisitions, Disposals

* Working on property appraisals, including CPO, negotiation of settlements

* Advising stakeholders on values and potential growth

* Drawing up accurate and detailed reports for stakeholders


* Degree educated within a relevant field. I.e Real Estate, Estates Management etc.

* Ideally 2 years experience within General Practice Real estate with an emphasis on valuation, acquisitions, disposal, L&T and development.

* Working towards MRICS

* Able to demonstrate commercial and financial nous.

* Attention to detail and the ability to show initiative

* Computer literate with good communication skills.

* Driving licence and access to a car.
