Graduate Development Programme – 2020

Manchester / Weybridge

Developing our Future Leaders!

Join us: the world-leading provider of sustainable supply chain solutions for a two year rotational program to drive real innovation and become one of our future leaders…

We support logisitcs across the full supply chain – from grower and manufacturer to every type of distributor including large supermarket chains – we're one of the biggest companies you've never heard of!

Brambles is a world-leading provider of supply chain logistics solutions, based on the provision of reusable pallets, crates and containers for shared use by multiple participants throughout the supply chain.

Our aim is to make the world’s supply chains more efficient, safe and sustainable, by partnering with many of the best-known brands in the fast-moving consumer goods, fresh produce, beverage, retail and manufacturing industries.

In order to support our growth plans and our continued drive to reduce carbon footprint and eliminate waste, we are looking for graduates with the enthusiasm, creativity and business acumen to drive real innovation, and become our future leaders.

Full of energy, fresh ideas and ambition, you are the sort of person who loves learning new things, is open to being challenged and has the confidence to challenge us too. As a member of our team, you will be integral to Brambles’ ongoing success, and will join an organisation that is committed to fostering a culture of agility, diversity and sustainability.

You will take full advantage of our world-class Graduate development and rotational programme which will provide you with a 360 degree view of the organisation and the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. As well as a minimum 2:2 degree (or international equivalent), gained in a degree that has inspired you, that has provided you with a different perspective and has honed your ability to tackle problems in innovative ways, you can demonstrate a genuine commitment to team work, people and diversity.

In addition, and with operations in more than 60 countries, you’ll need to have a truly international mindset and have English as your primary language.

The successful candidate will have access to a highly competitive total reward package.

The closing date for all applications will be 29th February 2020.

We are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly and with respect and has the opportunity to contribute to business success and realise his or her potential. This means harnessing the unique skills and experience that each individual brings.

We have opportunities across Europe as part of our Graduate Development Programme, however this particular posting is for our UK roles. For the opportunities in other countries, please take a look at the Brambles Career Site.
