To drive our growth, we are always looking for the best talent to join our teams across all our divisions. We are currently looking for a Graduate Designer with an interest in marketing to work out of our Head Office in Garforth, Leeds.


We’re a large business with a small business ethos and the role reflects this, so expect to be challenged and take on a wide variety of projects at any given time. We’d like someone who can help with our overall marketing goals, so that being able to write content for our website and draft customer communications is as important as your design skills. An overall interest in online marketing would be useful, we’re looking to increase our social media presence, our websites need a refresh and we’d like someone who’d be interested in getting involved with our SEO and PPC.

We’re looking for someone to bring together our internal and external documents to maintain a consistent brand identity. This will be across multiple media (print and digital) from internal communications, sales collateral through to online banners, email design. signage and uniform.

The types of things you’ll be working on:

Updating and designing documents such as:

The Company Overview


Proposals and tenders


PowerPoint Presentations

Designing email templates and managing customer communications

Updating website content

Preparing images for the website

Leaflets and pamphlets

We have an internal software team as we develop our systems in house, so an interest in UX and interaction design would be useful.


Creative, highly literate with an exceptional eye for detail in layout, content and typography

Able to contribute original digital design ideas with an enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude

Able to multi-task, work in a small team with strong communication and organisational skills

Ideally educated to degree level in a Digital/Graphic Design related discipline

Excellent design portfolio illustrating a range of digital and print marketing

High level skills in: Adobe (CS) Creative Suite of software, to include: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Ability to work in either MAC or PC environment using the above software and with exceptionally good IT skills

Keen and able to explore the use and relevance of new technologies.

Ability to copywrite and have an excellent command of the English language


Experience with Google Analytics

Experience of PPC and SEO
