Graduate Design Engineer Position Overview
Produce 3D designs using AlphaCAM and Solidworks to be machined on CNC Routers
3D Scan items using our bespoke system and create layouts based on these objects.
Produce designs (logos, labels etc) for laser cutting and engraving.
Design & Run projects using the 3D Printer
Graduate Design Engineer Position Requirements
Degree Served in Mechanical Engineering
The successful candidate should have a proven working knowledge of design software packages, and a flexible willingness/desire to learn in detail the packages used. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have some experience of working in a machine programming/design environment and a willingness to develop their skills further. An ability to work to deadlines is essential as well as being able to communicate confidently with both colleagues and customers alike.
