Key Responsibilities:
The role predominantly involves computer-based working and accurately handling, processing and working with data provided to ensure its correct use in the business
*
Reviewing and analysing client data
*
Extensive use of Excel including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables
*
Communicating with clients via email and phone
*
Maintaining databases
*
Working closely with payroll providers
*
Supporting the team including accounting duties across the wider team
What the employer is looking for:
*
Competency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Word, but particularly Excel where knowledge and understanding of lookup formulas and pivot tables would be a definite advantage.

A grade in Maths at GCSE – or A levels in Maths or Economics
*
Our client is looking for a team player with great communication skills
