Graduate Customer Support Executive Role:

Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offering in order to perform the role of primary point of contact for inbound queries
Answer customer queries, respond promptly and thoroughly, engaging with clients through all mediums
Liaise closely with the sales team – converting support queries into sales leads when appropriate
Report into and learn from the Head of the Sales and Customer Relationship Management Team
Graduate Customer Support Executive Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
A customer centric approach, you’ll be a real people person with the ability to forge business relationships and rapport easily
