Graduate Customer Specialist Advisor – Leicester Centre – Full time – Temp to perm – Immediate start – £18,500

A successful and ever growing exciting organisation based in Leicester city centre are currently seeking Graduates to work as Customer Service specialists for a number of opportunities across varies teams for immediate start on temporary to permanent contracts. Your new role

Working alongside a successful and growing team of Customer and industry specialists your role will involve speaking with customers, answering queries, account managing and overall providing excellent customer Service.

You will be championing bold new products to the market, providing an efficient and personalised customer experience taking full responsibility for all issues that you come across delivering end to end service without constraints.

You may at times have to handle difficult conversations and complaints whilst always providing excellent customer service to get the best resolution for the customer. Your overall goal is to follow the ethos of the company and be willing to go to the ends of the earth to keep customers impressed and excited.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with flexibility to work above and beyond this and is initially temporary with the view to becoming permanent after a successful probation period.

What you'll need to succeed
This client are looking for the brightest and the best Graduates looking for a customer specialist roles who can deal with challenging situations and empathise with customers who are facing complex problems. They are looking for enthusiastic, positive Graduates who want to be part of a company that will continue to be the best in the industry.

You must be a Graduate who is able to demonstrate a solid working history of providing excellent customer service and be confident in dealing with difficult conversations and handle complaints. You will also require excellent attention to detail and a good level of IT literacy able to operate multiple CRM systems at once and spreadsheet management. Due to the complex nature of this role you will also need a high standard of literacy and numeracy, minimum GCSE grades A-C and be able to pass testing in these areas.
