The Company

A fast paced, successful and growing business are looking for an Account Executive to join their Client Services Division. This is an exciting new role that has been created to support the growth of the business and can offer progression opportunities in the future.

The Role

The main purpose of this role is to provide support with all back office tasks required to ensure the smooth running of client marketing campaigns. In addition, you will also be required to provide excellent customer service through online Chat, emails and Social Media platforms and calls. Key responsibilities include:

* Verify marketing campaign bookings as they come through from the online site

* Input booking details on to a number of systems

* Oversee all bookings to ensure smooth running of client campaigns

* Monitor payments coming in with Accounts to ensure no risk to the business before processing bookings

* Ensure delivery instructions are sent to the Print Management company or customer in a timely manner

* Support in providing and developing mailing lists for e-shots

* Prioritise tasks on a daily basis, asking for assistance when needed

* Support the wider Client Services and Sales team in general administrative duties

* Deliver excellent levels of customer service, act as a point of contact for identified prospective and existing customers, focusing building long-term relationships

About You

* This is a fast-paced role which requires you to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks at once.

* You will be able to work on your own initiative, enjoy problem solving and always strive to deliver the highest standard of service.

* Have strong communication skills.

* IT literate, able to learn new systems quickly.

* Manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload.

* Have excellent organisation skills.

Other

* Hours; Mon – Fri 37.5 hours per week flexi (core hours to be covered 10am – 4pm)

* Upto additional 10% annual bonus
