SF Commercial is working on behalf of a Loughborough based company as they have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team.
You will be responsible for:
– Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
– Update information accurately on in-house systems and social media
– Process applications
– Responding via ticketing system
– Reporting to management and helping rest of the office with anything required
– Dealing with any queries
You will be working remotely from home but will need to be able to travel to Loughborough once the restrictions have been lifted
This is a 3-6 month contract and will be an immediate start for the right person.
You will be working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
To be successful in securing this role you will need to have a good telephone manner and be good with general Microsoft programs like outlook, word etc. You will have previous administration or customer service experience.
