ABOUT THE ROLE
The Graduate Customer Relationship Coordinator will be working closely with the management, sales, and administration teams to support them with the day-to-day administration and processing of new business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Graduate Customer Relationship Coordinator your key duties will include:
* Processing all associated documentation for new business transactions on the system
* Scanning and filing documents to adhere to GDPR
* Answering the telephone and handing queries
* Checking and producing pricing reports against accepted models
* Supporting the team with additional tasks as required
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Graduate Customer Relationship Coordinator, you must have:
* Educated to degree level
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of Microsoft Excel
* Problem solver
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise during busy periods
