Graduate Content Producer
The Opportunity
We are developing a software platform that supports closing of the global digital skills gap. We have several enterprise customers and are excited to scale the team to support the growth and vision for the platform. We are a technology company at our core and are passionate about helping to enable the next generation of technologists. Through offering instructor led and online training, we upskill individuals from all walks of life. We are hiring a graduate content producer who will collaborate closely the training and development teams to work with a mix of words, images, videos, and other media for online training, websites, social media and sales proposals.
What you’ll be doing:
* Write, edit and publish content for training courses; presentations, training videos, websites content, blogs, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, podcasts, e-books, whitepapers, and more.
* Produce and edit videos, imagery and diagrams to help represent learning in a range of different formats.
* Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms.
* Work closely with the training team and the platform development team to produce content that generates results.
* Use your editing, video editing, content management, and web skills to publish and edit content across various digital platforms.
* Become an influencer who makes an impact on the company and within the industry through the production of digital content.
Required skills and experience:
* Knowledge of both content (stills and moving image) production and post production workflows.
* Knowledge of using web applications and social platforms, capabilities and formats.
* Support and solicit input from team members at all levels.
* Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
* Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience with standard digital design tools. E.g. Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
