Graduate Consultant in Business Change
Summary
ea Change provides augmentation and solution-based consultancy services to clients predominantly within Financial Services. ea Futures is a Graduate based consultancy solution whereby we hire bright and enthusiastic graduates with excellent soft skills to work as an ea Change consultant onsite with one of our clients for an initial 2-year period. During these two years, we provide you with all the necessary skills, guidance, and certifications while you are working on one of our client's projects.
You will go down either an Analytical or a Project Management route, with the end goal of transitioning across to the end client after the Programme on a permanent basis as either a fully-fledged Business Analyst or Project Manager.
Business Change is a unique, delivery-focused field of work where you must be both practical and able to build relationships with individuals in and outside of the business in which you work. This graduate programme has provided numerous people with a propelled step up into Business Change.

Requirements
An undergraduate degree (minimum 2:1),
An enthusiasm to work in a consultancy environment,
Strong soft skills and a good work ethic.

UK (multiple locations).
Start dates
July – September 2022.
Starting salary
£22,000 – £25,000 (annual salary reviews)
