Becoming a Graduate Company Secretary within Capita Group:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious graduate to join Capita as a Graduate Company Secretary. We are looking for a motivated, confident and eloquent individual who is looking to join the team and support the Co-Sec team in the delivery of the smooth running of the company's governance and administrative activities.

What you will do:

Provide company secretarial support to boards and committees as required
*

Manage AGM organisation and calendar invitations
*

Manage schedules of matters arising and action lists for entities and committees
*

Assist in Companies House filings
*

In time, attend meetings and produce minutes for certain entities or committee meetings as well as assist with the writing of Co-Sec reports to the Ex-Com and Management Board

Your experience will include:

* A strong academic record (a minimum of a 2:1 gained at degree level in the last 3 years)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A keen understanding of the Co-Sec role and drive to complete ICSA qualifications
* A diligent, careful and proactive approach to work
* A passion for starting a career path as a Company Secretary
