Due to a period of significant growth, this ambitious and forward-looking organisation is seeking a Graduate Surveyor to join their highly successful Commercial Agency team.
The Role
The job of the Graduate Commercial Agency Surveyor will involve assisting with the sales and leasing of commercial property. The role of the Graduate Commercial Agency Surveyor will also include assisting clients with acquisitions, disposals, negotiating heads of terms and assisting Senior Surveying in providing an advisory service to help clients manage and grow their portfolios.
Required Skills
The Graduate Commercial Agency Surveyor would preferably hold a property related degree.
