What are we looking for ? ( The Candidate )
– 2:1 Degree or better (Non science or IT related)
– 2 to 5 years’ experience after University
– People interested in growth, improving weaknesses, coaching and personal development
– Some sales, account management, business analyst, project management or tech start up or recruitment experience.
– Some commercial awareness

The role – and what a role!
Start off with 6 months of agile coach training, problem solving, supporting customers face to face and as a team working on on-going project and client solutions. Consultative, strategic and analytical.
With progression developing quickly you will move into the growth team to understand the needs of all departments and supervise and grow the business with an established team whilst carrying on with providing support and digital solutions to existing clients across multiple projects.
Finally you will advance to the Project management and business development team where you will work directly with new clients and continue developing to conclusion the projects you have been involved in over the last 12 months. Your progression is quick and the learning curve steep. You will eventually become the head of one of the main 3 commercial teams and develop from there. This is a young dynamic environment and we want analytical, problem solvers who are interested in all round personal development and future leadership opportunities.
