Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for a Property Administrator for a fabulous client based in Birmingham City Centre! We are looking for candidates who can communicate well and have a can do attitude! This opportunity provides an excellent springboard for someone seeking a career in administration/business support. This client base is highly successful within the property sector, and therefore experience/interest in this area would be ideal!
Main duties include:
Answering the telephone (re-directing calls & taking messages)
Administration
Responding to enquiries
Liaising with stakeholders internally and externally in order to redirect any problems
Email inbox management- answering incoming queries and multitasking effectively Qualities of the ideal candidate for Graduate Calibre Administrator :
Proactive/a "can-do" attitude
Good telephone manner
Attention to detail
Previous experience within administration is desirable, but not essential
