You've just graduated so you've probably looked at a few of the big, well known graduate training schemes. You may have already met a few and been tempted by their shiny marble receptions, vending machines, their private dental cover or the fact that you saw their name in a list of 'top 100 companies' that one time.

But when you think about it honestly, you know that worlds not for you. You're a bright spark, the brains of the bunch. You're mind works quickly and you think outside of the box. You spent your time in education feeling like you were carrying your team during group projects and you want to leave that behind.

What's the challenge?

You would join a team of multi-disciplined developers, meaning you will have an abundance of mentors with strengths in different areas. You will enhance your C#, C++ and Ms SQL skills whilst also getting exposure to new and emerging technologies such as Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality.

For the first few months you will embark on a training plan, shadowing other developers and working alongside them on bespoke development projects, across both web and cloud solutions.

You'll need to work hard, enjoy solving problems and have good verbal and written skills, and a 2:1 or above in a relevant degree. What you won't need is a Filofax to keep track of everyone in the organisation, a lanyard and security pass for a big, cold high rise.
