Graduate Business Development Representative Role:

–        Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company and its offering in order to educate customers on the benefits of working with them
–        Undertake in-depth research on the main players within customer accounts
–        Liaise closely with senior members of the team to formulate a personal training and progression plan
–        Strategically generate new business leads, performing regular prospect outreach using the phone, email and LinkedIn
–        Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within accounts in order to schedule meetings
–        Shadow senior members of the teams to meetings to learn how to engage with customers directly

–        Educated to degree level
–        Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
