BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are looking for someone to join our sales team in a full-time role. You will be tasked with all new B2B sales with property owner organisations. Our ideal candidate wants to know the service they sell inside out and thrives on achieving a sale in a target driven environment, selling services rather than products.
Salary:
The salary for BDM is 30,000 OTE 45,000 TO 55,000

Job Description:
Structure meetings with prospective clients and update notes our internal CRM system accordingly
Nurture new business accounts as efficiently as possible to create and close new business opportunities with prospective clients
Contribute to closing revenue in accordance with established KPIs
Attend networking events
Send client emails and letter campaigns
Ensure smooth transition from sale to management of the account
Increase new stock and build rapport with prospective clients
Create and send proposals for new properties
Upsell hard services e.g., security guards, caretakers and maintenance
Build client network via LinkedIn
Attend site visits with prospective clients
Calculate financial viability of all deals you do, in line with set bench marks
