About the Company & Role
A multimillion pound international Computer Software company which provides state-of- the art software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to companies worldwide. This company partners with SMEs through to Blue Chip companies across a variety of lucrative industries including Retail, Travel, Automotive, IT & Tech and Healthcare.

No experience is required for this role, as a full 18 month intensive training program will be provided to ease you into the role. The first year of your training programme will generally consist of training you up on how the company's business development process works, how to interact with clients and build and manage your own client base. You will receive regular support throughout your time of training to ensure that you are equipped with the skills you need to be an independent, top performing Business Development/ Account Manager!
All German speaking graduates from all backgrounds i.e. from business, finance, admin, retail, travel, healthcare etc. are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as a key point of contact for German clients who require the company's SaaS tech solutions/products, selling and providing recommendations to clients
* Initially supporting the growth of the German client base then progressing on to independently managing your own portfolio of clients and winning new business
* Business Development -sourcing new clients through client referrals, warm calls, email and marketing campaigns, social media interactions etc.
* Account and Client Management – managing the company's German client base and ensuring that clients are efficiently on-boarded onto the company's SaaS platform
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities and building and maintaining valuable relationships with businesses, C-Level Executives and businesses
* Identifying additional revenue streams for the company by upselling and cross-selling the companies range of SaaS solutions/products
* Creating proposals, negotiating with clients and delivering engaging presentations
* Using CRM to keep track of existing and new clients
* Using a consultative approach to sales with the ability to provide insightful recommendations to clients
* Attending networking events, exhibitions with sales team
* Potential to travel to Germany once a month to meet key clients
* Regularly meeting KPI targets
* Demonstrable track record of identifying additional revenue streams i.e. through cross-selling and up-selling
* Project management ensuring timely product delivery and client satisfaction
* Strong IT and Technical proficiency with experience of using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hubspot etc.
Essential Requirements:
* Native or Fluent in German – this is a must!
* Qualified to Degree level
* Highly ambitious with a desire to progress fast
* Entrepreneurial, with the ability to take initiative
* Quick learner
* Excellent written and communication skills with a professional approach
* Experience of Cisco preferred but not essential
* Right to work in the UK
