Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with my client's team of Chartered Surveyors who want a Graduate Building Surveyor for their head office in the Romford. The ideal candidate will be working in conjunction with our client's driven and motivated team to shadow and learn alongside an experienced Chartered Surveyor as well as growing alongside the company and developing into a more competent and all-round Building Surveyor. Our client has worked on several projects in the region and is looking to expand and take on new ventures to expand their portfolio.

The role of Graduate Building Surveyor

Working alongside a Chartered Surveyor offering a supporting role
Undertaking site inspection
Advising on party wall matters
Undertaking housing surveys
Liaising with clients to understand project expectations


RICS accredited degree
At least a years' experience in Surveying essential
Hard-working and dedicated to learning
Ambitious in working towards APC
