Graduate Building Surveyor – Manchester

Salary: £18,500 – £28,000 + Benefits

I am currently working with a client that is a huge Building Consultancy practice who have been established for 50 years and have expanded their business. The company now work with sectors including, Historic, Retail, Residential, Public and commercial with a repeat business rate of 85%. The organisation is currently in search for an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team in Manchester.

Your daily duties as a Graduate Building Surveyor will include:

* Provide advise to our clients, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of applications they have bought forward

* Abide by all Building and Planning regulations and ensure that any work carried out is in line with the company policies

* Delivery of all projects within deadlines and in the most effective, profitable and professional manner

* Maintaining strong long-term relationship with new and existing clients and working with the marketing team

Key skills needed as a Graduate Building Surveyor:

* Probationary member of RICS

* Minimum of 1-year PQE

* Hold a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent

* Have experience and knowledge of building surveying duties such as, dilapidations, party wall, due diligence, contract admin and schedules of contract
