Working closely with both the founding partner and the Head of Sustainability and NZC Design, you'll enjoy a diverse role; and a good mix of both office and site-based duties.
You'll work on a broad range of projects including hotels, commercial offices, leisure centres, schools, and university and even the occasional listed building. You'll see these projects through from concept design through to construction and post occupancy and will use this information to the drive continuous building performance engineering forward.
You'll benefit from working in a vibrant team of architects, MEP Design Engineers and Sustainability Engineers, which will ensure you develop a good understanding of all aspects of Building Services.
What you'll need, in order to be considered;
A good attitude and a desire to learn about Sustainability and Energy.
Previous experience using IESVe and ideally some experience with Revit.
Keen interest in NZC building design and an appreciation of the GLA planning requirements, LCA and ideally Passivhaus
