Graduate Behaviour Supervisor

Full Time, Term Time Only
£75 – £90 per day.
Veritas are working with a school who are in need a Behaviour Supervisor to start ASAP
We are working with a mainstream secondary school who require a supervisor for their behaviour unit within the school. The position will be well suited for a strong individual with experience within school settings, excellent behaviour management skills and organisation and administration skills. You will be expected to work with children who have challenging behaviour and expected to manage this accordingly and in an independent manner.
The role:
Supervising students who have been sent to the focus room
Manage behaviour accordingly
Record and make statements throughout the day
Deliver and communicate concerns and events to senior members of staff effectively.
Have excellent organisation and admin skills (including using SIMS Software).Must have (ONLY APPLY if the following applies to you):
Must have experience working within a school
Degree in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology etc
Strong Behaviour Management
Experience working with mental health/SEMH/SEN
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Subject to Enhanced DBS Check
2 Satisfactory references to provide.
