An excellent opportunity has presented itself for an ambitious Graduate / Assistant Planner in South Manchester.
We are seeking applicants with an RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field of study. PropSource Consulting is delighted to be working with a boutique planning consultancy as they look to grow following a sustained period of success. The co-founders of the business have a wealth of experience and they have previously worked for a number of the largest property consultancies across the UK; due to their background and impressive network of contacts, they have continued to work with a varied high-profile client base.

Duties of the role (but not limited to):
* Preparing planning statements
* Planning appeals
* Undertaking desktop research
* Preparing planning appraisals
* Design and access statements
* Site visits
* Attend meetings with other members of the team
* Negotiating development proposals with local authorities
Our client provides comprehensive training and support for your RTPI-APC submission; you will be allocated a mentor to ensure that you are on track with your experience, knowledge and understanding, and in some cases, this is someone who has recently passed their APC.
