We are recruiting for an Assistant Building surveyor to join a global property consultancy based in the Leeds office.
The team is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth in the property team and are keen to employ 4 Assistant Building surveyors to join property team.
If you are successful you will be assisting Senior members of the team undertaking the full range of building surveying instructions covering both project and professional services working with prestigious, high profile companies and responsible for interacting with clients in a professional capacity.
The Role will include;
* Stock Condition reports
* Contract Administration
* Dilapidations
* Project management
* Assisting directors on large scale instructions
We are ideally looking for BSc building surveying qualified professionals with a year or two experience in a similar role. You must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team, with excellent written and communication skills. You will need a full driving license
