The Role:
As a Graduate Arts LSA, you will be an integral part of our arts department, working closely with talented art teachers to support students' artistic and personal growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Artistic Guidance: Collaborate with art teachers to assist in art classes, helping students explore various artistic mediums and techniques.
One-to-One Support: Provide personalized support to students who may need extra guidance with their artistic projects, fostering their creativity and self-expression.
Materials Management: Organize and maintain art supplies and equipment, ensuring students have the resources they need to create their masterpieces.
Inspire Creativity: Encourage a passion for the arts, self-expression, and the development of unique artistic voices among students.
Assessment Support: Assist in evaluating students' artwork and contribute to their artistic development.Requirements:
A degree in an arts-related field or a strong background in the arts.
Passion for the arts and a desire to inspire young artists.
Excellent communication and artistic skills.
Adaptability and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
Previous experience in arts education or working with children is advantageous.Benefits:
