Our client is currently searching for a graduate architect, are they looking for you?
Salary: Up to £28,000
Hours: Either 08:30 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 17:30 dependant on site requirements
Duration: Permanent/ Full time
Holidays: 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays
Location: Mainly head office in Holmes chapel originally with the potential for hybrid working further down the lineRole overview for the right Graduate Architect,
Attending various sites within the UK
Meeting with clients
Carrying out measured surveys
Drawing plans
Feasible studies
Dealing with planning and building regulations applications
Tendering projects
Administering projects on site
Organising building contracts
Dealing with building contractors
Assessing builder's application for payment and final accounts
Requirements for the Graduate Architect,
2-year postgraduate is desirable
Accredited degree in architecture, building surveying or equivalent HNC/HND
Revit experience is essential
Experience working on residential properties
Experience in carrying out measured surveys
Dealing with planning and building regulations drawings and applications
Full UK driving licence and ideally a vehicle
