Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Graduate Application Support Analyst to join this amazing company on the night shift team.
to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Peterborough working as part of their Sales team.
The role will involve dealing with clients on a daily basis however will also include working closely with the Operations, Development and Testing team to help make sure client's expectations are met.

Principle Responsibilities for the Graduate Application Support Analyst :-
Dealing with client queries and managing client expectations from telephone, face to face and emails.
Working with the operations team, development team and testing team making sure the client expectations are met.
Working as part of a team to implement system configurations, using technical skills such as SQL and tools to configure the IT systems.
You will be trained in supporting existing customers, configuring IT systems to their specification and providing consultancy/analysis services. – First hand training on new technologies.Person specification:-
A degree in Engineering, Scientific, IT or Mathematical degree.
Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to build rapport/relationships (With clients).
Strong analytical, Problem solving and Logical thinking skills.
An interest in IT & financial sector.
This is a full time permanent Graduate Application Support Analyst position, with flexible working hours during the week on a night shift basis either early or lates, offering an annual salary of £30,000 plus annual company benefits to include daily bonuses for working night shift, paid holiday, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
