Your new role
As the Graduate Agency Surveyor you will be joining the Industrial market team. The industrial property market is going from strength to strength and you will have the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile clients including FTSE 250 businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Within this role you will build and strengthen relationships with landlords and tenants which will include providing marketing and advice to clients as well as visiting their sites and conducting viewings. You will work on both lettings and sales across the South East and will be fully supported by experienced members of the team. You will also collaborate with many in-house teams to provide clients with advice and gain knowledge and experience. Whilst undertaking this role you will be enrolled on the APC and will be supported to gain your MRICS status.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you should have an RICS accredited Real Estate degree (or similar). You should be able to demonstrate good organisation and ability to prioritise tasks, be self-motivated, numerate and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
