Responsibilities/Duties
Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings and events.
Type edit and format reports and documents
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Managing Emails/Inbox in a timely manner
Using Microsoft Office, Outlook, DMS, Teams/Zoom
Maintaining stationery and necessary equipment in the meeting rooms
Re-directing and screening the calls as appropriate and taking adequate messages when required
Ad-hoc admin tasksSkills and Experience
Experience of working in a very fast-paced and busy atmosphere
Experience of working in a customer service and support environment
Previous administrative experience or of working in an office environment
Outstanding ICT skillset & computing literacy
Advanced MS Office user
