Our Client

Our client is a nationally recognised professional services business who provide financial solutions. Being a modern and dynamic business, they have seen exciting growth in recent years being recognised as a leader in their industry. Upon establishing the business in Canada we are looking for a UK based Graduate Account Manager to look after Canadian clients.

As this role is working with Canadian businesses the hours of work are 5pm – 1am, working remotely. The pay is scale has been raised due to the unsociable hours.

Who you are – Graduate Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can effectively work with clients to reach the desired outcome. The right person will have an appetite to learn and be trained so that they can deliver client focused solutions.

You will have a degree in a relevant subject as well as 2 years experience within a business setting.

Previous industry experience isn't required in this position as there will be a comprehensive training process that will allow you to assist our clients. Key experience and skills for this role includes :-

– Strong Communication

– A desire to learn

– A keen negotiator

– Good organisation skills and attention to detail

– Previous experience in a customer facing role (Account Management / Sales / Administration)

– A suitable place to be able to work from home

The Role – Graduate Account Manager

The Graduate Account Manager will be the main point of contact for our clients, offering a first-class end-to-end service that involves handling a wide range of administrative functions and applying technical knowledge and questioning to make decision on how a client’s case should progress.

The role is critical to the smooth running of the business and requires efficient handling of confidential information with the ability to engage with senior, external stakeholders throughout the process.Key responsibilities include :-

– Being proactive in dealing with clients

– Providing high levels of customer service

– Advising clients based upon company guidelines

– Obtaining pertinent records, reports & financial information from clients to progress claims along with keeping systems up to date
