Fyffes is one of the world’s largest fruit companies and Europe’s number 1 banana supplier. Products include melons (Guatemala/Honduras), Pineapples (Costa Rica) and mushrooms (Canada). The business has developed a leading edge and globally competitive two-year International Graduate Management Programme aimed at developing future leaders within the group across multiple functions.

Applications are being sought immediately from current year graduates and also graduates who are perhaps a number of years qualified, to undertake a variety of research projects in the precision agri/robotic warehousing space. Two positions are available and the purpose of this research is to work together to ultimately present completed projects to senior management including ROI projections and recommendations for adoption into the organisation, across all product lines. The business is also seeking applications from graduates with an interest in pursuing a career in large-scale international farm management and agronomy. Currently 4 openings exist. Locations for the above opportunities are across various countries in Central America. Other opportunities may also arise in due course around areas such as Agri Engineering, Quality, CSR, Marketing, IT and Corporate Finance (solid accounting knowledge desirable). Expressions of interest for consideration for these roles when they arise are also welcome.

* While this programme will see you working in some of the most remote parts of Latin and Central America you will have a local support system through our current and former graduates who you will be able to "leverage" off both professionally, socially and culturally

* There will be a" Virtual Hub" provided to keep you connected with other colleagues

* Notwithstanding this, resilience, adaptability and determination are essential personal characteristics required to complete the programme
