The key responsibilities for the Future Talent Lead (Graduate Recruitment) role are:
To look after the recruitment and development of Graduates across the Bank.
An opportunity to work closely with the Graduate cohorts and hiring areas, with opportunities to input in to the programme development and recruitment process.
Contribute to and deliver on the recruitment strategy based on identifying business requirements.
Manage assessment centres.
Lead the marketing campaigns, campus activity, recruitment and on-boarding of the target group.
Work closely with the Learning team to use online platforms to deliver development.
Identify new ways to target candidate groups.Profile
The successful candidate for the Future Talent Lead (Graduate Recruitment) will have:
Large volume recruitment in the graduate sector.
Experience working in a large recruitment team.
Project management knowledge.
Be able to work in fast-paced environment.
A team player who can support and work with others.
Evidence of owning processes and projects and drawing on resources to deliver.
Strong stakeholder management skills
