Based in central London, our client is a very successful, specialist media agency, working with most of Europe’s major television, radio, newspaper and magazine titles and offering to clients opportunities to advertise their services with them.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to capitalise on increasing new business opportunities in the UK, they wish to recruit a French speaking Administrator. Your role as French speaking Administrator will include the following duties and responsibilities:
* To assist the company in all aspects of media representation
* To update and create profiles of the titles / websites / TV channels/ and radio stations
* To prepare presentations and mailings intended for clients
* To send general information concerning the titles to clients Contact existing and prospective advertising decision makers
* Maintain client relationships and develop new business Send orders to publishers in France
CANDIDATE BACKGROUND, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Fluency in French AND English is essential
* Graduate – be educated to university level
* Previous experience in sales position or administration is an advantage but not essential
* Good abilities in calculating invoices
* Ability to prioritise tasks
SALARY, BENEFITS & WORKING HOURS
Salary of £22,000 – £25,000 upon successful completion of 3 month probation period) + annual bonus
