JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant – Graduate!

Duties:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and occasionally to the members of the Senior Leadership Team
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, formatting presentations, and handling a high volume of correspondence
Coordinate conferences with Members of the organisation, Board Directors' offices and their leadership teams
Format the agendas of various meetings
Prepare minutes of statutory meetings and senior staff meetings
Prepare drafts of nominations of representatives from member companies to various statutory bodies
Prepare drafts of the governance section for the company's annual report and website.
Manage the day to day operations of the London office, including office supplies, visitors and other daily tasks
Provide travel support to the CEO and occasionally to the members of the Senior Leadership Team, including arranging complex itineraries, booking flights and hotels, and handling logistics
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
Any other ad hoc duties may be requiredExperience, knowledge and skills required
High level of education – Degree Level 2.1 or above
Extensive experience working as a EA with a successful track record
Experienced in supporting a handful of individuals internationally
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Full IT literacy, including excellent MS Office knowledge
Ability to travel internationally occasionally
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
Ability to speak another language – Highly desirableAbout you:
