The Role:
An exciting Graduate Internship Opportunity has arisen for a recent graduate to join Marelli’s North East Health and Safety Team for a 4 month fixed term period, working with internal teams such as Human Resources and Occupational Health to coordinate the roll out of a business wide approach to the use of ergonomics. In brief, ergonomics is the study of people’s health and efficiency in their workplace surroundings. Marelli is looking for a recent graduate who is interested in ergonomics and how the study of this area can support a healthy and efficient workforce, to assist with the roll-out of a business wide approach to the use of ergonomics. On a day to day basis, the successful candidate will be expected to work across the 4 main business units to study activity, as well as with the Human Resources and Occupational Health Departments to implement processes, procedures and standard approaches.
