You will work for an established organisation who are passionate about helping people with complex support needs progress towards Employment, Training, and Education.
This is a rewarding employment service contract – service-users are not mandated, employment support they will receive is tailored, and support are provided to the service-users all throughout!
This is a 6-month FTC (subject to extension)
The role
Outreach and community work is vital for this program. But you can also work from home at least 2 x a week!
In partnership with clinical services, you will be delivering a cutting-edge contract to help people with mental health support needs find/sustain employment. The contract you will be delivering is realistic – it works! It is open to all and is tailored to the needs of the service-user.
You will have a caseload of 25 and have a target of around 2 job starts a month. Other outcomes to achieve are on areas such as: delivering employment workshops around cv writing, job applications, interview techniques, helping service-users with welfare/debt/finance advice, and providing in-work support which could be around reasonable adjustments.
Location
You will have an office in Ilford, and you will be expected to conduct outreach in the community at least 2 x a week i.e., libraries, coffee shops, etc. You will also have the opportunity to work from home at least 2 x a week (this will depend on your diary)
Working hours are Monday – Friday , 9AM to 5PM.

But Psychology Grads with some work experience in the field are also welcome to apply!
