The School and Role
Are you a recent college graduate? Are you looking for a role within education?
Join us today as a Cover Supervisor where you will cover classes across the full range of secondary school subjects. These classes will be planned for you, you will not be expected to have additional knowledge of the curriculum or subject. Your main duties are tofacilitate the classes learning andmanage classroom behaviour. Successful Cover Supervisors are adaptable, pro-active, motivated and organised.
Depending on experience, you may be offered a comprehensive Cover Supervisor Training Programme to equip you will the skills you need.
We are working with over 132 schools in the South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire areas.
Requirements
Successful applicants will:
Have a degree in any subject or equivalent education
Be a natural leader, someone with the confidence to lead a lesson in the absence of the class teacher
Have a passion for education and providing the highest possible level of support to young people
Be eager to learn
