Job Title: Early Career Adviser – Apprentices and undergraduates (L&D)
Location: North of England with UK wide travel
Salary: £30k plus company car/car allowance and other company benefits
Due to recent growth and expansion of Redde Northgate Group, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development professional to join our organisation in capacity of Early Career Adviser . As part of the Learning & Development team you will report directly to the Talent Lead and work in close collaboration with other L&D colleagues and business leaders to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions for the business across all stages of the employee learning cycle, with particular focus on apprentice and graduate schemes.
The role of Early Career Adviser is key in supporting our organisational strategic goals and upholding our core values through the provision of learning and development opportunities for staff.

Duties and responsibilities:
To devise, facilitate and evaluate learning and training programmes to support the work of the Talent team across Apprenticeships, Graduate Schemes and the Redde Northgate Talent Management Framework.
To establish, support and adapt learning pathways of Redde Northgate graduate programmes and apprenticeship programmes for existing staff, including providing Coaching and Mentoring support, where required, to managers, graduates and apprentices in support of the talent agenda.
To assess capabilities, identify gaps and ensure improvement plans are executed effectively.
To work with the Talent lead to design and deliver blended learning solutions
To apply evidence-based learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development opportunities.
To support new and existing employees throughout their programs to improve their skills and knowledge
To contribute to maximising the effectiveness of the functionalities within the ‘Redde Northgate Academy as an integrated and blended learning approach for supporting Talent initiatives across the wider Group.
To assist the Talent Lead in providing accurate and timely reports, collating activity data and MI, evidencing ROI and the value of the Talent function / L & D to the business.
To assist in the design, facilitation, and evaluation of a range of learning initiatives, including Leadership and Management, Coaching and Mentoring, soft skills training, etc
To work collaboratively with business leaders to identify solutions to support their service area needs.
To engage with HR colleagues and contribute to HR project work, where Talent learning solutions are required.
To support the wider L & D Team to work with external bodies, such as the Chartered Management Institute, (CMI), in the ‘recognition’ of internal courses and the facilitation of externally recognised qualifications.
To facilitate learning and development interventions for our workforce
To help create a coaching culture in the organisation
To monitor how effectively learning has been transferred to employees within the relit of the Talent function.
Essential Skills:
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a high level of digital proficiency and technical ability.
Highly developed administrative skills, with a passion for timely, clear efficient data capture and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and manage stakeholder expectations.
Up to date knowledge of Learning / Training best practice and educational / academic developments and legislation.
Having a relevant professional qualification and/or experience, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their specialist knowledge and skills in the development and delivery of training in the classroom, virtually, and through other digital platforms.
You will need to be confident in planning your own schedule to deliver multiple pieces of work to meet tight deadlines.
It is important you are passionate about developing others, and are able to communicate clearly and accurately with all internal and external stakeholders
