Drama Graduate Teaching Assistant – York
The Job Role:
Supporting secondary aged pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, working to re-integrate learners back into mainstream education
Working within alternative provisions to deliver pre planned lessons across the curriculum
Using rapport to build and establish relationships with learners and encourage participation
Pro-actively assess the classroom, identify and deal with any challenging behaviour as it arises.

Based in York
Provides education for Secondary aged students who are unable to attend mainstream education
Ensures all pupils have an Individual Personalised Education Plan to achieve the best outcomes for the students
Progresses student's academic, social and emotional learning
